NOVATECHINSTALL

How We Work

One Team. The Whole Project.

permanent installations don’t tolerate handoffs

Every stage — from the first conversation to years of support — is carried by the same engineering team. Eleven steps, one accountable partner, no gaps between trades.

NovaTech Crew on Site — Completed Installation

  1. 01

    Discovery

Your goals, your audience, your building

We start with the property and the objective: who the audience is, what the business needs the installation to do, the visual ambition, budget range, timeline, and the kind of content it should carry.

  2. 02

    Site Evaluation

    Measurements, sightlines, structure, power

On site we review dimensions, glass conditions, viewing distances, power access, signal routing, service access, structural constraints, brightness requirements, and local conditions that shape the system.

  3. 03

    Technology Selection

Film, mesh, cabinet, matrix, kinetic — or combined

We determine whether the project calls for transparent LED film, transparent LED mesh, a cabinet-based transparent display, a 3D matrix, kinetic elements, robotics, or a combination — matched to the building, not the catalog.

  4. 04

    Concept Development

See the installation before it exists

Architectural concepts, media-placement studies, and preliminary visualizations show how the installation will sit in the space and what coverage we recommend — before any hardware is ordered.

  5. 05

    Engineering

    Mounting, electrical, thermal, control

Mounting and structural plans, electrical and data design, thermal behavior, serviceability, control architecture, and integration with the building's systems are developed and documented.

  6. 06

    Proposal & Scope

Equipment, schedule, responsibilities — in writing

A defined scope covers equipment, fabrication, installation, programming, commissioning, schedule, responsibilities, and long-term support — so there are no surprises after the handshake.

  7. 07

    Fabrication & Preparation

Modules, mounts, control gear — built and configured

Custom hardware, display modules, mounting systems, control equipment, media servers, cabling, and software are prepared and pre-configured before anyone touches the site.

  8. 08

    Installation

    Clean, scheduled, minimal disruption

Site access is coordinated and the system is installed with minimal impact on the surrounding architecture and, wherever possible, on daily business operations.

  9. 09

    Programming & Calibration

Color, brightness, and content tuned on site

Processors are configured, content is mapped, brightness and color are calibrated to the space, control workflows are tested, and system behavior is validated end to end.

  10. 10

    Commissioning & Training

    Testing, documentation, handover

Final testing, documentation, operator training, and approvals complete the handover — your team knows how to run the system before we leave.

  11. 11

    Ongoing Support

One team, for the life of the installation

Service, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, content-system support, and future expansion options — the same team that built the installation stays responsible for it.

the handover isn’t the end — stage eleven never really finishes

Start at Step One

Begin With a Conversation.

Tell us about the property and the ambition. Discovery and an initial recommendation cost you nothing but the call.
